Abstract
The 60% of people who survive from a Stroke, present hemiparesis, affecting their development in daily activities. This work proposes the development and validation of a platform called RECOGNIKEY: Cognitive Rehabilitation with Makey Makey® which consists of a simple game where you must select an object on the screen, and the accessibility tool Makey Makey ®. To evaluate how the size of the platform buttons affects hemiparetic patients, an experimentation protocol was established for both upper limbs, over a given work area. This way, the parameters necessary to calculate the throughput index, Tp, are measured. This Tp relates the movement execution, the speed and accuracy of the movement. Therefore, the differences between both members of each user and the different board sizes will be evaluated, to obtain information on which board is advisable for access the games with the affected limb.
